My Sister Number Two!!

I am so proud of my sister Carol. She is a single mother of two wonderful children. It is not easy being a single mother. I can only imagine what she goes through on a daily basis. But she still finds time to give something back. She loves animals and always has. I just found out recently that she is volunteering every Sunday for the Humane Society. I am not sure how long she has been doing this but,she has helped adopt out lots of animals. I recently had the opportunity to see her in action when I visited Virginia. She was very impressive and truely cares alot about these animals. So much so she just adopted a new dog that was going to be put to sleep the very next Week. Jersey is a very sweet dog and I know why she fell in love with him.

She has asked for my help in supporting this event that is coming. This is a Sister that doesn't ask for any help at all. No matter how tough it gets.

Sunday Words Only!!

I am going to scrap something today and I will post later if I get anything done. I have been working on some fun things and seem to get side tracked from finishing any one thing.

I weighed in this morning and I am back to the weight I was before I went on vacation.  I gained a few pounds and they came right off.  I am still only at the total weight loss of 15 pounds.  I am getting serious this next week.  I need to get 10 more pounds off before the summer.  I will feel so good at that point.  

Speaking of summer.  It is 85 here today.  Yesterday got up to 90 at 4:00 p.m.  Summer is in full swing. It is just beautiful.

My Kitty Cats!!!

Sergie was up here first and Lightening decided she wanted to get up there as well. ������I don't know how they both fit.

No one moved from their spot. ������They stayed like this for a while.

The Doggy Granddaughter!

These are the latest for Layla's book. ������She is so cute!

This is a really fun book to do. ������She is so cute it is fun to scrap. ������Getting bigger every day.

It is Spring!

Flowers are everywhere. ������These are down by the front gate.
This is the smallest fern in the world. ������It grows on the top of my pond. ������You can not even see the water the whole pond is covered.
California Poppy's all over the hills. ������These were on the side of the driveway.������
Syndi planted bulbs in random spots all over. ������These Iris's are also at the front gate. ������They are so beautiful.
No idea what this is but it just popped up in the planter. ������Another one of Syndi's surprises.
I call this a lipstick plant. ������It is growing by the front pillars. ������Just amazing. ������It blooms year round. ������It sure has been loving the sun.

Final SDV Post!

I wanted to share this Baby book I made at SDV, ������One of our friends is having a Boy and I thought this would be a cute shower gift!

My Sister!!

This was a fun night! ������You get a little silly when it gets late.
Wendy with chips in her mouth and her shirt says "It was my sisters fault" ������I don't know how she can say that. ������She was caught in the act more times than not. ������She even got in trouble by Mom for being up so late one night. We were up until 4:00 A.M. and my Mom called Wendy in the scrap room and told her to get to bed. ������I think Mom just knew she was missing something that was going on. ������We had so much fun. ������I miss them all and I can't wait for the next SDV visit.
