"The Big Fat Redneck SDV"

We are doing our own SDV this year. It is being called "The Big Fat Redneck SDV" It will go from Friday morning until Sunday morning. If you are interested in scrapping with us please E-mail Wendy. The cost is $20.00 for the entire weekend it includes some food.

We have also decided to ask our blogger friends if they would like to come and join us on Friday night for a covered dish event. It will start at 6:00 of Friday the 19th of March. It is being held at The Bronco Club which is located at 31040 Delaware Road, Franklin Virgiina 23851. Please bring a covered dish to share. Also please let us know if you are coming so we can have a head count.

18 Days!

18 Days and I will be leaving for Virginia. I am looking forward to my trip. It will be a quick one filled with lots of activities. I just hope that the weather gets a little warmer for me. I am a Southern California Girl. But I am sure I will survive.

Bad again!!

I can't believe that it has been almost a month since I blogged last. I was going to try to do better. I have just been so busy. Any blogging I have done has been on Project Create. We have a scrapbook project to complete every week. And that has been taking up a lot of my free time.

Wedding plans are coming along good. We are making decisions on a lot of things these days and are real close to finishing up on others. The guest list is what we are working on now. Each of us got 100 people to invite. No more. That has been very difficult to do. We both have lots of family members. Saturday we are going to a Bridal Fair. That should be fun. The food is the next big thing that we have been working on for several months now. It is one of the biggest expenses especially when you have 300 people attending. We are getting close though.

All else is well. Getting ready for my Virginia Trip. I am so looking forward to going. I am hoping it will get a little warmer in the next few weeks before I leave.

My Virginia Trip Countdown

I can't believe I am going to Virginia in March. I am so excited. We have lots of things planned for this trip and it will just be flying by. I will be announcing all the events soon so keep checking this blog.

Yesterday Alexi and I got together for some wedding planning. Things are coming along fine. The time is starting to buzz by now and July will be here before you know it. I have been working on getting Zach's house cleaned and and a few things thrown away. When we moved to Fallbrook almost 4 years ago now we first lived in Zach's house. That was the first property we purchased. All of our things went into storage and the others went to Zach's. We moved to the big house and just started all over. He moved from the apartment to the Harris property with all of his things. There is two housholds worth of towels and kitchen things. Also all of the things we had in our old house that didn't belong or fit in the new house. I am trying with Zach's help to get it all ready for the Wedding. We will have out of town guests staying there with Zach. There is plenty of room just lots of clutter. It is ghoing very well. Lots of things are going to the goodwill

We are off to Mexico this A.M. for an over night trip. We need to check on things and we are having a new toliet installed in the upstairs bathroom. Today is suppose to be a beautiful day and then tomorrow it will be cloudy and start to get colder.

I am hoping to work on my Lifetime Challenge on Saturday. Check out the project create blogspot for the instructions for this week. We will be posting our pages soon. I am loving this project.

Faith Sisters Lifetime Project

My Lifetime Story project begins today. I am so excited. I can't wait for my first assignment. Wendy & I decided to do this together. It is a year long project and we will be sharing our weekly assignments on the "Project Create" blog site. This project has already required some pre work but if any of you are interested it isn't too late to start. I have had several people pass away this last year. It really makes you think alot about your own life. And I would like to leave a scrapbook for my kids and grand kids (to come) so they will know a little about my life
