No pictures today. But I did want to write a few words. I had a wonderful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Christmas Eve: The kids were all home. Alexi went to church with Phil and his parents. Zach helped Pete clean out the garage. I spent the whole day in the kitchen preparing for the next day. We ate Pork Pies at 5:30 and opened gifts after that. I loved all my things. I got a beautiful angel from my sister Carol. Mom made me some jewelry and found a great warming tray that I will use often I can tell allready. Wendy made me a LifeTimez bok that I will cherish allways. And a Poster that she had framed that will go in my New Scraproom. I will take a picture and post sometime this week. Alexi got Pete and I some beautiful things for the house. Zach got me a thing for your neck that you warm up and use to relax your muscles. God knows I need that. Then off to bed by 9:30.
Christmas Day: No matter how much you do ahead and prepare there is allways a lot to do. We had 28 people over and the wind was so bad and it was kinda cold we all had to stay inside. I am thankful the garage got cleaned. We had Ping Pong and Ring Toss in the garage most of the day. It all turned out O.K.
One more great gift we got was from Phil. He pulled some strings and got us a key to Ross Lake. This Lake is a small private Lake. We have been trying for 2 years to get a key. With out much luck. Ross Daily is the owner and he is 92 years old. He could care less if we have a key or not. But Pete really wanted to be able to go and fish and hang out down there. It is a nice little area. Phil knows his Grand Daughter. Phil & Alexi had her set it up. They all three went over to Mr. Daily's house and got the key. What a great gift!!!
Well that's all I have to say today. I will post some more pictures soon. I promise.
Happy Wednesday!!!
